STI concerns are typically evaluated through a Quick Care Visit ($99) for initial evaluation. We take time to go through your history, assess your exposure risk, select the right panel, coordinate your lab order, and get you treated when appropriate - all in one visit, without a waiting room.

Labs are ordered separately and drawn at your nearest Labcorp or preferred. You can use your insurance for testing and also at the pharmacy for the treatment.

Based out of Cookeville, TN, we serve the Upper Cumberland region, as well as patients located across the state of Tennessee

PrEP — HIV Prevention

If you're interested in PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) to prevent HIV, we can help with initiation and ongoing monitoring. PrEP requires a baseline lab panel before starting and monitoring labs every 3 months to ensure it's working and your body is tolerating it well.

How it works:

  • Initial visit: review your history, order baseline PrEP lab panel (billed seperately), prescribe if appropriate

  • Every 3 months: follow-up visit + repeat PrEP Panel to monitor HIV status, kidney function, and screen for STIs

  • Medication (Truvada or Descovy) prescribed to your pharmacy — generic options available around $30–50/month

Because PrEP requires a visit and labs every 3 months, patients often find an ongoing care plan makes sense - it covers your visits at a reduced rate and gives you messaging access between appointments.
