Skyelar Garrett is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) providing accessible, patient-centered care for adults across Tennessee.

Her clinical background spans critical care, cardiology, surgical inpatient medicine, mental health, rehabilitation, dermatology, and geriatrics. She began her career across multiple levels of nursing—including CNA, LPN, and RN roles—which shaped her practical, hands-on approach to patient care.

She has extensive experience in high-acuity and specialty settings, including inpatient surgical critical care and cardiology.

After working in structured healthcare environments, she is currently focused on expanding access to care through telehealth, with an emphasis on convenience, continuity, and timely evaluation for patients who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services.

Skyelar is also a former travel nurse, giving her firsthand understanding of how difficult it can be to maintain consistent healthcare while relocating, traveling, or navigating changing schedules and providers.

Her work is centered on making care more accessible, efficient, and relationship-based—especially for patients who need timely answers without unnecessary barriers or delays.
