Pay-per-visit options give you the flexibility to book when something comes up, without any ongoing commitment. Simple, straightforward access to care on your terms.

For common, straightforward health concerns that can be quickly evaluated and treated.
This is appropriate for:
Cold, flu, or sore throat
Yeast infections
Simple rashes or skin issues

For more complex concerns or when a deeper evaluation is needed.
This visit is appropriate for:
More than one symptom or ongoing issue
Abdominal pain, chest discomfort, or neurologic symptoms
Medication management or review
Follow-up of unresolved or ongoing concerns
Chronic condition follow-up (labs ordered separately if needed)
Sleep-related concerns
Also appropriate when you're unsure what category your symptoms fall into.
This visit allows more time for evaluation and clinical decision-making.
Approximately 30 minutes. -
This visit is designed to help bridge care after discharge and ensure you’re safely transitioning at home.
This includes:
Review of hospital or ER discharge instructions
Medication reconciliation and adjustment if needed
Follow-up of ongoing symptoms or concerns
Coordination of next steps in your care plan
Guidance on when in-person evaluation or labs are needed

Ongoing Care Plans
Ongoing Care Plans or membership gives you simple, ongoing access to care without starting from scratch each time. You’ll have a provider who knows your history, your needs, and your goals, making care faster, more personal, and more effective. Whether it’s a quick question, a follow-up, or something new, you have direct access when you need it. No waiting rooms, no unnecessary steps.
