Garrett Health Services provides acute care, medication refills, follow-up care, and ongoing care plans for adults who need a reliable provider without the wait. If you don't have a primary care provider or can't get in to see one, we can help bridge that gap. We do recommend establishing primary care for chronic disease management and preventive care.

You must be physically located in the state of Tennessee at the time of your visit. All visits are done virtually.

GHS visits are cash-pay only. We do not bill insurance for appointments. However, if you have Medicare Part D, you may qualify for the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program starting July 1, 2026 -- eligible patients pay $50/month for weight loss medications at the pharmacy. We handle the prior authorization paperwork on your behalf. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Yes. A superbill is available after each visit upon request. You can use it to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement directly through your insurance. The Reimbursify app (reimbursify.com) makes submission straightforward.

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for visit fees. Weight loss medications prescribed for a diagnosed condition are also generally HSA and FSA eligible -- check with your plan administrator to confirm.

Yes, when clinically appropriate. This includes FDA-approved weight loss medications, some of which are controlled substances (Qsymia is Schedule IV). All prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.

Services are available to adults 18 and older. Our POTS services apply to ages 16 and up.

Yes. All visits are confidential and conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Telehealth appointments are available weeknights 5–8pm and weekends. Questions and messages are monitored Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and weekends 9am–5pm.
