Medication refills are provided based on clinical evaluation and medical appropriateness. Not all medications are eligible for refill through telehealth, and some may require in-person evaluation or coordination with your existing provider.

Controlled substances and certain high-risk medications are not prescribed through this service. Additional evaluation or documentation may be required in some cases.
